Good Design Does Not Have To Cost The Earth

As one of my FMP's I designed an editorial to showcase my dissertation. The essay focused on how graphic design have been affected by growing environmental concerns and the recent recession. We havent received our results for the essay yet (fingers firmly crossed) but I am very happy with they way the editorial looks.

ESCAPE Photos

I finished the coporate id brief that I posted about earlier in the week that was bugging me. Im quite happy with the results :) Here are some photos I have taken of the printed work.

Getting there :)

I have been getting quite annoyed with this brief today but I have finally got it to the stage I want it to be at.

The main part of the brief is for a corporate identity for a spa/gym/pool/restaurant franchise that can be found in high end, up market classy hotels :)

The stationary is kinda boring and is the main thing thats been bothering me but it needs to be kept clean, tidy and simple, which I feel it is now.

So I think I am happy with the stationary now. I plan to print on some nice feeling paper to add to the luxury feeling. Below is what the companies website would look like.

I finished this brief for my FMP a while ago now but have out just got round to taking some good pack shots. Im really pleased with they way the turned out once printed on some nice textured paper and photographed in my wee home made photography studio :)

Photography Mailer

Turns out this was farrrr to big to print in one piece so I opted for a digital vector image to show how the mailer (containing 3 photography brochures) would look :)

These images are quite an effort to do but im really happy with the end look.
